Meet Lily, a lovely old Merrythought bear from around the 1930s, who is 20 tall. She has a gold/beige coloured button in her ear which says regd trademark, Hygienic Merrythought Toys, made in England with a picture of a wishbone over the top of the writing. She has mostly wood wool stuffing in her head, but something softer in the rest of her body. She is fully jointed, with most joints moving freely. Her paw pads have been recovered, a long time ago, with a sort of dark beige velvet. She has very little mohair remaining. It looks like nose/mouth stitching could be original, and her dark amber glass eyes look like they could be original, too. Theres a hole in her tummy where you can see the kapok stuffing. Lily is a lovely bear who is looking for a new home.Really sorry, will only post within the UK – no nternational postage.
