This is a sweet little Merrythought teddy. He dates from c. 1930s and has his original Merrythought Wishbone button in his ear. Id estimate that he has about 25% of his mohair left. He has his original cotton/linen paw pads, one has a tiny hole at the tip and his paws have lost some embroidered claws. His body and limbs are kapok stuffed, and his head stuffed with wood wool which is very often the case. He is the more unusual smaller size of bear, measuring approximately 12.5 inches standing up. Ted is fully jointed.
