Meet Barney a wonderful 24″ Bing teddy bear c1912 with around 75% of his lovely long cooper/cinny mohair remining. Barney has a now non working growler with his original nose stitching with grey felt underlining. His hand pads have been recovered at some point with old woven cloth, foot pads have some inserts and darning to the original felt. Barney has a beautiful striking yet gentle face, he’s stuffed with wood wool and is a nice chunky bear. Seams running up the backs of his legs a typical Bing trait. Sadly Bing were forced to cease trading in 1932 making these wonderful quality bears very rare and sought after
