Superb antique Circa.1880 clockwork nodding lion automaton, felt covered carton with green and black glass eyes, sheepskin mane, key wind mechanism causing him to nod and open his mouth, revealing white glass teeth.
I have found an antique clock work key that fits his mechanism
Condition : Some moth damage & losses to tail. Mechanism needs some attention, as the lion will nod but only if balanced correctly. I used some books to demonstrate this (please see my video on you tube).
