Roullet et Decamp Automaton
You are viewing a Roullet et Decamp walking brown bear automaton, when wound up he moves forward and moves his head side to side, he is still in good working order. He is covered in rabbit fur which is still in great condition after 100 years, He is estimated to be from around 1910 and was made in France by Roullet et Decamp. He has glass eyes, carved wooden teeth, and his feet are also wooden. He has a wire muzzle which appears to be original. His key isn’t original. His fur is complete with a few small areas where it has started to peel away from where it was stuck to him originally (This can be expected for 100 year old toy).
