Rare Farnell? jointed soft toy terrier dog ‘I AM CAESAR’ – card tag/label.Caesar was a wire haired fox terrier owned by King Edward VII
who famously led his funeral procession when the King died in 1910.
Caesar is 7.5″ tall and 12″ long from the tip of his nose to the base of his tail and is five ways jointed and stuffed with wood wool with an internal wire frame to strengthen him. He is in playworn but still very good condition with some slight thinning to his white mohair plush, but no bare areas or other damage. All his original featuresare intact including his hang tag label declaiming ‘I AM CAESAR’ and his joints all move easily but hold their position so that he can be nicely posed in all sorts of positions.
