Cute little Farnell? grey mohair plush dog known as ‘Scratch’. Circa 1920’s
This auction is for the little terrier dog soft toy as shown in the photos. Known as ‘Scratch’, he dates to circa 1920 and is in good but playworn condition with some loss to his peppered grey mohair but no damage.
He still has all his original features intact including his clear glass eyes and cotton thread nose and mouth stitching and is unjointed and
completely wood wool stuffed. Scratch measures 9″ long from the tip of his nose to the tip of his tail and is just 5″ tall to the tips of his ears.
Despite his loved condition, he is a great character and would make the perfect companion to your other soft toys and bears.
