Hi my name is Bolo and here is your chance to make my day and give me a loving new home. I am a vintage golden Mohair teddy bear and I am fully jointed. I can move my arms, legs and head. I am wood wool/straw filled, have glass eyes and I am 9″ tall. I date from around c1920’s – 1930’s and I ooze vintage charm. I have no identifiable tags or markings but I have been told I could possibly be early Chad Valley. I do need a little love and attention and would make a simple restoration job. I have had 2 previous small repair stitches to my neck and the front of my head (see pictures). I couldn’t believe it when I was plucked from a house clearance last year but still I have just been left as I was found. I have character like no other bear and am excited to see where this auction takes me!! HAPPY BIDDING…..Love Bolo x x
