Very sweet circa 1950’s gold mohair Irish teddy bear. Erris/Tara?
This sweet little teddy bear is 10″ tall to the top of his fixed head with wire jointed arms and legsand is very firmly stuffed with wood wool. He no longer has any labels but I am pretty sure he is anIrish maker, possibly Tara/Erris? Apart from a few small holes in his felt paw pads and some thinningto his luxurious gold mohair plush, he is in pretty good condition with all his original features intactincluding his black felt nose and the remains of his tatty red bow which is sewn to his chest.He is a charming little character and would make a lovely addition to any hug of bears.
