Mac -Handsome 1930s Chad Valley Tedy Bear with label Old Antique Vintage English
I love this little man.. he’s so cute! This is Mac! He’s a loved and very sweet 16inch fully jointed Teddy Bear made by Chad Valley in the 1930’s. He’s stuffed with kapok and woodwool and retains all his original features. Mac is covered in clean tufty blonde mohair, his pads are covered in felt .. his right handpad is worn and would likely benefit from a re-cover in the near future (too much polite paw shaking I feel), but his other hand pad is in excellent condition and he retains his claw stitching! His feetpads are covered in felt, and his feet are card lined! (i love card lined)Mac also proudly retains his Chad Valley foot label.Mac is a curious little ted and enjoys messing around in the garden, his favourite activity is overseeing the paddling pool!! He’s enjoying the current weather but insists on keeping his favourite shirt on when possible! He’s now on the hunt for a new home to toddle off to and make someone smile. I think he’s a very sweet happy ted, and he looks delightful sat there watching you.Could you be Macs new fur-ever home? x
