Florence | 26″ c1920’s Teddy – Loved Large Old Antique Early German Bear
This is Florence. She’s a lovely early old German Teddy bear dating the 1920’s. She measures around 26 inches tall!!! is fully jointed and stuffed with woodwool. She such a large bear with a long torso, but is a lovely shape and it’s so nice to see this style of bear in this size. She also has an old clunky inactive growler.
She’s been loved Mummy darned over the years, and has an endearing face, and at some point has been dressed up in a pretty vintage knitted cardigan with mother of pearl buttons – she’s a real treasure.
She has previously lived her life in Germany, so i’m sure she could tell her lovely new owner a tell a tale or two!
