Archie is a handsome chap, measuring 19″. He’s 5-way jointed and stuffed with straw and kapok and has lovely colouring due to his age with tufts of golden mohair on a lovely bronze backing. I think he’s a Merrythought due to his head, face and ears and he has a teasing remnant of a red embroidered label on one of his foot pads, which are felt and have repairs. Archie is a lovely traditional old teddy bear who even still growls a bit if you give him a little shake – he’s nice and clean and from a smoke-free home.
