Very cute antique British character teddy bear, dating from 1930s,
made of gold mohair, stuffed with kapok throughout the body and head, wood-wool in the muzzle,
fully jointed,
has got orange and black glass eyes,original black vertically stitched nose with outer stitches pointing up, inverted Y shape mouth stitching,
replacement cloth pads, claws stitching missing,
inoperative cardboard squeaker in tummy.
Wears vintage cotton dress with teddy bears.
Teddy Bear is approx. 20″ (50 cm) tall.
Condition – item is in loved vintage condition with general wear, thinning and balding; joints are a bit loose, but still secure.
