Vintage Toys 1950s Donkey And Dog Cotton Plush /Felt. Chiltern/Chad Valley. Condition is “Used”. Dispatched with Hermes. This jointed golden coloured dog is straw filled and measures 9 23cm high and 9,23cm across nose to tail. I think they are made by the same company, not sure as they have no labels. The Donkey was a grey colour originally but he is very discoloured now and I have tried to bring back the grey but no luck. He has nice two tone glass eyes and felt detail. He measures 11 , 28cm high and 10 ,26vm long nose to tail. Please do not bid if you are after perfect toys, these have been played with and although no real damage , the overall appearance is play worn. I have put on a low bid for the two as clearing my attic prior to moving. Was going to do lots of fairs in my retirement but not looking so likely now. These arent in my toy collection either.
