VINTAGE TEDDY BEAR – PLUSH fur, JOINTED. Great condition. 30″ tall. Straw filled?I think he may date from the 1950’s, but he could be earlier. It has been suggested that he could be European and perhaps German, but I am not sure of this. There seems to be rotating rings on all the joints to allow for movement. There doesn’t seem to be a growler. I think it is straw filled. The overall condition is good, but he is in played and loved condition :) There is some wear / loss to the fur. I think all his pads and his nose have been replaced. There are some glue marks around his mouth and nose. BTW the TV remote is just for scale !
