Victor is a wonderful early Chiltern Teddy Bear, who measures 19 inches from his pads to the top of his ear. Wood wool stuffed he as and kapock body, non working squeaker in his tummy and canvas pads (some damage) he has the original nose and has a reasonable covering of mohair, although his head is a bit bald. The fabric is wearing thin near his nose. I think his eyes are later replacements.
