Victor is a fantastic large sized mohair Chiltern bear from the 1930s. He measures 19 inches and is fully jointed with clear glass eyes and a stitched nose, claws and mouth. His eyes would originally have had enamel colouring but this has been lost over the years. His coat is in great condition for his age with only minimal thinning. He has replacement paw pads which match in really well with his overall look. His body is firmly stuffed with kapok and his head with wood wool. He also has an inoperable growler. He has a rather angry expression, like he got up on the wrong side of the bed, which is why I christened him after Victor Meldrew! He’s a very lovable character and would make a great addition to any collection.
