This sale is for a gorgeous leather navy blue travel jewellery case with a mirror inside. It has a leather strap with a gold coloured press stud type fitting to close it and a gold coloured handle.
This little case would be ideal as a suitcase for an antique (or perhaps a young) teddy bear, to take on his holidays or maybe to just sit at home with and look cute on your dressing table. And maybe you could borrow it from your bear for your jewellery, if you have a weekend away!
I have listed this item as new as it has never been used and has been stored in a box. This is quite an unusual and possibly rare item and I have not come across another one since purchasing this some years ago.
For guidance, my bear who is modelling in the photo (sorry, he is not for sale) is 24cm or 9 and a half inches tall.
The case measures 5 and a half cms. x 9cms. and 4cms wide. (All measurements are approx.)
Because of the mirror, it would be unsuitable to give to a young child.
