This stunning old teddy bear was made by Chiltern, probably in the early 1930’s and is made from a top quality curly, rich golden mohair, and as you can see, this is in excellent condition throughout.He stands about 19″ in height and has his original velvet paws and velvet card lined feet pads. Early Chiltern teddy bears like this old boy, with their long, ‘spoon’ arms and charming drumstick type legs, are always popular – but are rare in this fabulous condition, especially with curly mohair.He has a little bit of thinning to one side – you don’t notice this unless/until you look for it, and one eye is a replacement.Please take time to view all of the photographs and to read item details/condition report, prior to bidding.Postage is 6 in the UK and about 20 to any international destination.
