My Wife and I bought this bear back in the 80s after touring Germany on a motorcycle – Bruno has lived a happy life but sadly is showing some distress in way of sawdust filling coming out on the furniture when we dust him.
There was some previous old glue visible on his back bone this looks worst than it is in the pic – needs some leather sealer I suspect.
on one back leg the stitch is coming away also visible.
He is very solid and not a cuddly toy.
Heritage unknown but beautiful made – I have never seen another one in my travels, this will suit a collector.
Size 24 cm x 8 cm x 13 cm weighs 400 gm therefore free P&P
