Adorable rare Strunz polar bear named Arthur measuring 10″ nose to tail. I have taken a photograph of his friend a Steiff polar to show the similarities between the two which are striking and how they could easily be confused. Steiff and Strunz were is permanent litigation over several designs that Strunz copied from Steiff few Strunz polars were made making them much sought after today. Arthur has a neck mechanism which rotates 360 however this is now very stiff with around 60% of his cream mohair remaining ( there is a stain to one side of his neck which could be removed with a clean) with his original shoe button eyes, all of his original felt foot pads too.
