Gorgeous large and pretty rare to find Dean’s Rag Book teddy bear ‘Bertram’ of Colour Box Bears – first to be produced in the series,
launched on St. Georges Day (April 23rd) 1992,
bearing original side label with name and Limited Edition number – 62 of only 500 made,
of gold colour mohair, feels to be hard stuffed with soft filling throughout the body and head, wood-wool in the muzzle,
fully jointed,
has got original radiant orange and black plastic eyes,pronounced clipped muzzle,
black vertically stitched nose, inverted V shape mouth stitching,
original felt pads in mint condition,
no claws stitching,hump,wears original yellow silk? embroidered scarf.
Bertram is approx. 23″ (59 cm) tall.
Condition – item is in very good pre-owned condition.
