RARE c1915 Deans Rag Book Soldier Doll
Very rare Deans Rag Book Doll in all original condition standing 11 inches tall.
He’s in fantastic condition as shown with a lovely sweet walking stick, retaining his Deans marking to his feet.
Boots the Chemist commissioned Deans to create these wounded solider dolls in 1915 to raise funds for heroes returning from war. Information on these dolls can be found in the Deans Rag Book first 100 years book (as shown).
These dolls are very rare, and a special item in memory of the soliders, so would make a wonderful addition to any collection.
