Collection
Items which have cleared payment can becollected at a mutually convenient collection time. Un-cleared cheques orpostal orders will not be accepted for collected items. Items paid forbut not collected, will be held for 2 months and then re-sold. No refund willbe given to the original buyer.

Postage
The postage quoted is for UK deliveryonly. Items are generally sent by MyHermes. Larger and very small items aregenerally sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce – proof of postage is alwaysobtained. Listing photographs are proof of dispatch condition.
Overseas items are only sent by eBayGlobal Shipping.
Other carriers
We are unable to pack any itemscollected by a man with a van.

For shipped items I accept Paypal, and cheques(s) and postal orders (s) sent by recorded delivery. I do not accept ?open?postal orders or cash through the post. No items will be dispatched until paymenthas cleared.

Refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchaseplease contact me within 2 days of receipt and I will do my best to resolve anyissues. For items lost in transit, no refunds will be made until I havereceived a full written report from the buyer, detailing: item description,price, date of purchase, method of payment and confirming that the item has notbeen received. If an item has been damaged in transit please supply photos ofthe packaging and the damage to the item, along with a written report.
Where an item is accurately describedeither in word or by photo in the listing, but returned, the buyer paysfor postage both ways.
