Polly ~ Big 27″ English 1930’s Chiltern Hugmee Teddy Bear ~ Old Antique DressThis lovely 1930’s Chiltern Hugmee Ted is Polly! She stands around 27inches tall, is fully jointed and stuffed with woodwool and kapok. She has glass eyes and original stitched facial features. She’s covered in blonde mohair and retains a very good amount for her age! She has some wear, and also has had some loving attention to her pads over the years (as shown in the photographs) and although this has preserved her it may well be that you’d like to give her a pawmanicure down the line. Polly is a happy teddy proudly wearing her vintage knitted booties, vintage head ribbon,, with her ballet slipper posey, and her antique Dickins and Jones dress which was made in Switzerland and sold in London. Polly does currently enjoy a stroll around the garden .. but she’d really like a new fur-ever home where she can sit and make more memories for decades to come . do you have a spot in your home for this nearly 90 year old English TeddyLady?
