Old Vintage Antique Hump Back Teddy BearErnest is a dear old 12 inch vintage teddy bear who has a rather earnest expression! He is solidly filled with straw and has a nice little hump on his back. He has glass eyes and stitched features, with a good coverage of toffee coloured cotton plush. His plush is a little bit grubby in places, as may be expected for a vintage bear. Also his cotton paw pads are worn and somewhat discoloured- again not unusual for a well loved old bear…Ernest is fully jointed with good joint connections for his age. They are a bit squeaky, but very well attached. He is a healthy looking fellow with a nice portly belly. He has stitched claws – three on each upper arm and four on each of his legs.All this being said this bear still has lots of character and appeal.He is no longer suitable as a toy.
