This lovely sweet looking, gorgeous face vintage teddy bear was made by the British company Chiltern during the 1940s. True colour of teddy has not come out very well in photos.
He is fully jointed and made from a sparse gold coloured mohair. He is stuffed with a mixture of wood wool and kapok stuffing, with a non working squeaker in his tummy.
Original orange/black glass eyes and original stitched black nose and mouth.
He measures approximately 18″ in height and has his original brown rexine pads – please see photo for condition.
