This is a nice old Chiltern panda bear dating from c. 1940s. He is quite large, measuring 19.5 inches tall, and is fully jointed. He has quite good mohair coverage, with some general thinning to his face, and the black side of one arm with a small amount of darning to the end of the paw on this side, and a some mohair thinning to the underside of the arms. He has some embroidered claws missing on the pad side of this paw . He has velveteen paw pads. Chiltern pandas are harder to find than normal bears, and this chap is a nice example.
