Very sweet looking Chiltern teddy bear that was made during the 1940s.
He is all original and in good condition for his age. He is fully jointed – all lovely and tight and is made from a sparse gold coloured mohair – about 40% remaining.
He is stuffed entirely with wood wool stuffing, has his original orange/black glass eyes and original black stitched nose and mouth (small hole in black stitching on nose – please see photos).
He still has his original brown rexine pads which are in lovely condition – no holes or tears and has a non working squeaker in his tummy.
He measures approximately 16″ in height.
