Lovely vintage 1930s dog – probably Chiltern or Farnell. He has a jointed neck, is stuffed with wood wool and has a non working squeaker in his tummy. Small black “dot” on side of his face.
He is made from a mixture of fawn and cream mohair.
He has unfortunately lost his original glass eyes – his previous owner has sewn some eyes in for him, but does have his original black stitched nose (outer longer downward stitches) and original black stitched mouth.
In wonderful condition for his age of over 80 years!!
