Mitzie Gray – Adorable early 1900’s Old Antique American Mohair Teddy Bear
Mitzie is an old teddy bear, with the attributes of probably having been made in America in the very early 1900s, during the teddy bear boom.She’s a lovely old bear and has retained a good percentage of her golden mohair, although she does have some wear and balding. She is lovely and clean!!!!!Her tiny eyes are replacements, as are her pads. I think her nose stitching is possibly restored and she has some recent repairs to some of her seams.Mitzie’s joints are wobbly which gives her a very appealing pose – I think she’s gorgeous and would make a lovely addition to a hug!!! She is fully stuffed with woodwool, and measures 33 centimetres from ear to foot.
