ORIGINAL PLUSH MONKEY FIGURE, SEATED OIN HIS TRICYCLE
STILL WEARING HIS CORRECT COSTUME / CLOTHES
around 23 cm height / about 9 inches
TINPLATE TRICYCLE, WILL RIDE AROUND IN A LARGE CIRCLE
WITH TIN SPOKED WHEELS AND ITS CLOCKWORK / WIND UP MECHANISM
WITH A CAREFUL WIND UP, HE WILL “PEDAL” HIS TRICYCLE ABOUT
CHARMING CHARACTER TOY FROM EARLY LAST CENTURY……..still displays with his original maker’s label
in very nice state, he retains his glass eyes, little felt ears etc…has kept quite a nice head of hair (they often appear almost bald)
orig. costume has kept very nice, still with buttons, bow tie etc…and nice colour…..his finely made polka dot trousers still look great
unusually small amount of material fraying/holes…..this tricycle is all nicely rust free….minimal surface chips,flaking etc… a few small spoke splits on the little rear wheel (not affecting)
i’ve never cleaned him……he looks fine , but you could carefully give him a delicate steam cleaning if desired
he’s nicely free of any unpleasant odours
