Louis is an attractive, large jointed bear dating to the 1970s, or 80s, with an adorable face and carrying a Merrythought label to his side plus the outline of his original embroidered label to his right foot. He is 21″ tall, with glass eyes and a hand stitched nose and mouth. he is typical of Merrythought’s most popular design for jointed bears for this period, and retains his original ribbon. He is in excellent condition, is clean, smells absolutely beautiful and would made a lovely addition to any old bear collection.
