Little Boy Blue is a lovely old Chiltern who dates to the 30’s/40’s. He is a diddy 12 inches tall, fully jointed & a mix of woodwool & kapok stuffed with a non-working squeaker. He has his original velvet pads & original nose & mouth stitching but replacement blue glass eyes which suit him beautifully. Even without knowing he was once a blue bear he would still be adorable but he is even more special as a result of this. HOWEVER, I don’t want to oversell him – you would not know he was blue unless you looked as it tends to be concentrated most in the seams where the light has not been able to fade him – he does not immediately stand out as a blue bear! He will come in his old striped romper & is a wonderful old character in need of a home xxx (this auction is for Little Boy Blue ONLY – Cecilia is listed separately) xxx
Please be aware I am a lover of the tattier old teds with oodles of character so bear this mind before buying – no bear will be perfect – far from it – but I guarantee they are all perfectly adorable. I try to list every bear accurately – if there is anything I forget I can only apologise – I try to put plenty of photos up so please take a good look as these form part of the description. I will happily ship overseas but anything over 40 must be tracked & insured xxx
Postage will be Hermes tracked – Royal Mail for overseas with tracking number provided.
