This is Maurice – poor Maurice has been in the wars and has damage. An old teddy bear dating from around 1940s ? not certain of the date. I am no teddy bear expert. He has a pointed nose and he has moveable arms, and legs and head. He is worn and has several splits and is badly worn please read full condition report above.
Maurice has a stump nose which is worn and there is a split just under his nose . He has only one eye. Both arms and both legs can be moved – and the head moves. He is straw filled.
He has a split on one leg seam and one paw has been badly repaired.
He has major rubbing of the mohair on the face, tummy and back of the head. The paws are rubbed and worn.
He stands 23 inches tall.
Poor Maurice needs rescuing.
The bear will be packed carefully in a box to ensure he arrives in as described condition. I maybe able to get a better postage price for customers in Europe please message me for an exact price.
