Horace | 1920’s Chiltern Bear – English Mohair Teddy Bear
This sweet old teddygent is Horace!!!!
Horace was made by Chiltern, England in the 1920’s making him 100 years old! He stands around 19inches tall, is fully jointed, has a quiet grunty growler, and firmly & weightily stuffed with woodwool which makes him really lovely to hold.
He’s been loved, been given his own name label, and been on adventures so wear can be seen (one paw pad is wonderful condition, the others have been patched).. but just look at that face, he’s just so lovely and deserves a second shot at a new home!
He’s dressed currently in his soft white knits, and is rather partial to watching the cricket when given the chance, and at other times just lounges away feeling cosy.
He’s seen here with bear-st friend Hector who’s also waiting patiently for a new friend to play, along with his other friends looking out at the river (all listed separately).
FAO American Buyers; The shipping to America has increased dramatically recently – particularly for packages weighing above 1kg – particularly the 2kg packages, this has meant i have had to increase the cost :-( I hope this won’t be forever but i can assure you, it is simply due to the cost being increased an incredible amount! x
