Flora is a GORGEOUS old Merrythought bear with Hygienic Toys label still attached – such a wonderful old character with a fabulous expression. She is 15 inches tall, fully jointed and a mix of woodwool and kapok stuffed. I am pretty sure she is all original – I can never be entirely sure about eyes – but if they are replacements they suit her perfectly. She has lost quite a lot of mohair and there is some darkening in areas but she is a lovely old bear. She will arrive as pictured – she will wear the daffodil in her ear – not the green ribbon (that’s one she pinched earlier ;-) ) xxx
Please be aware I am a lover of the tattier old teds with oodles of character so bear this mind before buying – no bear will be perfect – far from it – but I guarantee they are all perfectly adorable. I try to list every bear accurately – if there is anything I forget I can only apologise – I try to put plenty of photos up so please take a good look as these form part of the description. I happily post overseas but anything over 40 in value HAS to be tracked hence overseas postage may seem a lot – if postage is less than quoted I will happily refund the difference.
