~ Dolly – Early 1920’s American Teddy
This is Dolly. She was made in America in the early 1920’s. She stands around 10 inches tall, is stuffed with woodwool and is pin jointed.
She’s in all original condition, retaining her glass eyes, stitched facial features and working squeaker! At some point she’s been dressed in this very sweet little dress, socks and shoes – she’s a definite character and she just looks so cute!
She’s seen here relaxing by the river with her good friend Peddy-Pauline, who is also looking for a happy home.
