Beautiful vintage Chiltern teddy bear dating circa 1940.All original, with glass eyes and stitched mouth and nose intact.Five way jointed.Please note head is not very secure and very wobbly with the disc needing attention.As images show teddy retains a good amount of mohair with some thinning and wear in places.Tiny repair to right ankle seam.Neat repair to back seam.In op squeaker to tummy.Original oil cloth pads in excellent condition with all claw stitching intact.Please note the right hand stitches are broken.Head is filled with wood wool with mostly kapok else where.Gorgeous character to add to your hug!From smoking home.Any questions please ask..Please note the toy box is not included in this sale.
