Adorable Chiltern teddy bear.Dating circa 1930.Measuring a rare small size of just under 9″ from tips of ears to bottom of pads.Five way jointed.The limbs are pin jointed and the legs are a little loose,with the right hand leg slightly dropping from joint.There are no pads.Original features including stitched nose and smiley mouth.Glass eyes.Filled entirely with wood wool with an in operative squeaker to front of tummy.There is a repair to the back of the head seam.General overall wear to mohair but still retains a good fluffy amount.Teddy smells clean and has no nasty odours.Will arrive in charming old vintage sailor hat.Displays beautifully with other miniature and small antique toys.Any questions please ask..Kindly note the sale is for Chiltern bear & sailor hat.Props & pictures are NOT included in the sale!
