Arthur is an appealing old Pedigree bear with a loud working growler in his tummy. He is 18″ tall with a hand stitched nose and mouth which dates him to the early 1950s (later 1950s bears were given plastic doggie type noses). His pads have been replaced and he has had has back seam.opened and resewn at some stage but otherwise his fabric is sturdy with no rips or tears. He retains only about 30% of his mohair and has a very faint pink mark to the middle of his tummy. He is clean and sweet smelling and comes dressed in a knitted pair of dungarees.
He is full of personality and would make a lovely, addition to any bear collection.
