This stunning 1950s steiff is for sale in excellent condition – he is an all original, antique 14 inch chunky German Steiff mohair Teddy Bear and is really in stunning condition for her age and dates back to the early 50s.
he is an exceptionally handsome bear measuring 14 inches standing, 12 inches in seated position and is in excellent clean condition throughout – please see photos he comes from a pet free, smoke free home.
Ted is wearing his homemade waist coat which he likes, this is free with this bear and it can easily be removed if you wish .
This bear does have his silver raised script Steiff button and is guarantee to be 100% Steiff. ted is made from a really nice top quality grade of mohair, slightly longer than the short haired Steiff bears – it is med length and a nice caramel colour he has 99% mohair coverage. ted is fully jointed – all his joints are in good working order – there are no loose ones so she sits perfectly – there are no rips or tears to the mohair fabric and she is 100% straw filled.
he has the most handsome face with original Steiff glass eyes and original embroidered nose. Teddy’s paw and foot pads are all original and in good he will be sent out by courier on a next day delivery.
