Antique / Vintage 16 inch 1950s Twyford Mohair teddy bear
Welcome to my auction I specialise in original vintage bears in the best possible condition, so the more discerning collectors can source genuine old bears that they will be proud to own.
I have been working with bears for 40 years now, so any purchase you make from me can be done with the greatest of confidence – I have many very happy customers, many of whom are repeat buyers who appreciate the quality and integrity in my listings!
I particularly specialise in Steiff Chiltern bears and musical bears but I also have other bears when I find examples of the required quality.

He comes from a pet free, smoke free home.
Ted is made from a really nice grade of mohair a really nice gold colour, and has great mohair coverage. Ted will come with his new pyjamas which he loves wearing ready for Christmas of course if you wish you may remove them.
he is fully jointed – all his joints are in good working order he is softly filled with a straw filled head
he has the most endearing face with his original eyes Also his original nose which Teds paw and foot pads are all original in contrasting velvet ( they also made these bears with several different colour pads ) and all are in Great condition All in all he is a superb example of a vintage bear in excellent, clean condition and you can buy with confidence – he is a wonderful old Teddy with bags of character looking for a new home! Ted will be sent out by courier on a next day delivery. (except weekends ) I do have quite a few other Bears including several more Steiff bears looking for homes, so why not browse my other listing to find that extra special bear!
