Alf- Mystery Old Antique Terrier Dog painted back eyes Teddy Bear Pal. Farnell?
Woof Woof Woof – this is Alf. He’s an antique Terry Dog made by an unknown maker – likely English and very likely to be one of the leading makers such as Farnell.
He’s a lovely dog in great condition, retaining painted back glass eyes, stitched nose and mouth, claw stitching and working squeaker!
He’s completely stuffed with woodwool and stands around 10 inches tall (ear to floor) and 13 inches long (nose to bottom).
Alf has excellent fur coverage and would make a superb addition to any teddy hug, or indeed a collector of Terrier Dogs. :-)
Alf can be seen pictured here with a couple of his other doggy friends – Prudence Poodle & Worried Arnold who will be shortly listed for sale (I also have other dogs still to list so please let me know if you are looking for a dog)
