Albert is a wonderful old Chiltern bear who dates to the 50’s. He is 16 inches tall – a solid,stocky old chap! He is fully jointed (head is a tiny bit wobbly but nothing to worry about and he poses well as a result) & he is completely woodwool filled with a non-working squeaker. He has 3 original old rexine pads and one old replaced pad and he has lost a lot of mohair – what is remaining has darkened with age & he would benefit from a light clean. As you can see he has a face full of character – I call him grumpy but he insists he is just determined! – he makes me smile every time I look at him – & he will come wearing his old winter woollies which cover a multitude of sins. A fabulous old bear in need of a home xxx
Please be aware I am a lover of the tattier old teds with oodles of character so bear this mind before buying – no bear will be perfect – far from it – but I guarantee they are all perfectly adorable. I try to list every bear accurately – if there is anything I forget I can only apologise – I try to put plenty of photos up so please take a good look as these form part of the description. I happily post overseas but anything over 40 in value HAS to be tracked hence overseas postage may seem a lot – if postage is less than quoted I will happily refund the difference.
