This darling antique burlap Steiff bear on wheels probably dates to circa 1906+.
He has his button still firmly in his ear, has an in-operative squeaker fitted to his tummy, and amazingly, has kept pretty much all his original features and characteristics.
But don’t take my work for this, please view all of the images as these will be the most helpful part of the item description and condition report, and do please read the written condition report too.
You will notice that I have listed a photograph of a virtually identical Steiff Burlap Bear on Wheels which is taken from the Steiff Sortiment 1892-1943 – for reference.
