A very vintage teddy bear. Ruby is a European bear, possibly German. She stands about 16 inches tall . She has a straw filled body and head ,beautiful big amber coloured glass eyes and stitched features . Her pads are a lovely soft, cream coloured velvet.Ruby’s plush has good coverage with some thinning and balding to the arm, chest and joints. Her head wobbles a bit, but is still securely attached.Overall this bear is in good condition for her age.Ruby shows signs of age and lovewear.She is not intended to be used as a toy as she does not have safety features associated with modern teddy bears.Please take a look at my other items.
