Old Bear
You are viewing a rather grumpy looking bear, I cannot say why he looks so grumpy but its probably to do with the weather we are having in the UK at the moment! This not so little guy is 46cm tall and is fully articulated, His discs are all in good condition and are strong enough to support his weight seated without support and strong enough to pose his arms, He has a few small signs of being restitched/repaired near his discs on his arms and legs (These are pictured), his head moves freely from side to side. His ears are secure and show no signs of ever being loose, he has glass eyes and a stitched nose and mouth although the nose and mouth appear to be a later repair. He has a nice big snout and is straw stuffed and He has a lovely little hump on his back behind his head. There are a few stains around his bum but I guess this can be expected due to his age, It is probably also the reason why the majority of his fur is no longer present, Only small pieces of it remain in scattered locations but for the most part, he is bald. His paws curve taper at the end, he has his original pads which are in good condition if slightly stained. He has stitched claws on the end of his paws and feet which parts of them appear to b original but for the most part they are a later repair, I date him ~1930’s.
