Wolfy | 1930’s Dog w/ painted back eyes
This is Wolfy. He was made in the 1930’s when dog soft toys were suddenly becoming very popular!
He measures around 9.5 inches long (excluding tail) and is stuffed with woodwool and kapok with blondey woolly alpaca/mohair. He has wired front legs, and once adjusted he poses in a seated position. He has a jointed head with original facial stitching and original beautiful blue painted back glass eyes!!
Wolfy is a pretty dog with a distinctive look with his pointy nose, and would be very cute with other dog friends – or as a teddy bears bear-st friend!
He’s shown here with his friend Socks II and Mista Mittens who are also looking for a happy home, and are listed separately.
