1930’s BLOND MOHAIR GERMAN BEAR – approximately 57 CM (22.5″) TALL (excluding ears).
A charming old German Bear bought from Germany as a German teddy bear some years ago.
The bear has evident wear but is in an overall clean and strong condition.
He has amber and black glass eyes.
He has black nose and mouth stitching and three black claws to each hand and four claws to each foot pad.
The blond mohair is only around 60 – 65% and the wear can be seen in the photos.
Also please see repair to left arm (photo 6).
The bear has his original cotton hand pads with darns. His foot pads have been replaced with beige felt.
He is filled throughout with wood wool.
He has a loud working tilt growler in his tummy.
